Most notably, you won’t find a franchise logo anywhere within our company—it’s our company. All decisions are made by us, not a corporate office in Los Angeles. You won’t find our agents creating “teams,” or individually branding themselves as their own independent company when they’re actually working for a franchise. Our team is the company, with all of our agents genuinely working together, not competing against one another, with the same passion and commitment to fulfill our goal: to provide an informed, enjoyable, and successful real estate experience.
Our professional advice and opinions will never be purchased. We will never accept any form of referral compensation from a service provider we recommend. They are the product of our knowledge and experience practicing real estate, and not, nor ever will be, subject to any service provider or vendor enticing us with gifts or referral agreements. Our service providers (lenders, home inspectors, title companies, contractors, home warranty firms, and other experts) are recommended solely on the quality of service they’ve provided our previous clients, and nothing more.
You won’t find us selfishly marketing ourselves at the peril of our client, either. A “SOLD” sign will never appear in your front yard before your home actually sells—which is when the buyer receives the deed and the seller receives their money!
You won’t find us holding an Open House. We don’t hold them on our properties we personally own and we won’t hold one on yours. With less than 2% of homes in the US selling from a public Open House, they’re rarely successful, can result in damage or theft, and are ultimately used as a marketing tool for the agent, not the home.
And you won’t find any inflated titles before our agents’ names, because with tens of millions of dollars in real estate sales, we don’t need to invent titles to sell our abilities.
While you will find professional certifications we’ve acquired throughout our years of service, you won’t find bogus or purchased industry awards after our names. We could claim several of these if we chose to, but the reality is most of these “awards” would come with us paying for their plaque or the “marketing cost” of an advertising journal. While we know we’re “5 Stars,” we’re not going to pay for the title or mislead our clients.
